Hello Church Family! As we wait an update on PEI’s COVID restrictions this Friday, here is what this week looks like…
Even if the restrictions that prevent us from meeting in-person are lifted before this weekend, this week’s Sunday Services will take place online. Shifting from online-only to in-person Worship Services requires some time for people to register and prepare the building. So, join us online, here, on our website.
In hopes that restrictions will be lifted, we are still planning on having an in-person Christmas Eve Service next Thursday. Due to the high number of people who historically attend this service, registration will be required. Registration on our website will go live once we are aware that our service can happen in-person. If this is not possible, please join us online for a special Christmas Eve service.
There will be no Wednesday Evening Prayer Meeting this week. Pastor John has to take a family member to Halifax for a medical appointment that day and may not return in time to host the prayer meeting.
We will be receiving our annual missions offering this Sunday. 100% of the Great Commission Offering goes to local and world missions. Click here for more information. If you wish to give to this offering, mark your contribution “missions.” If you use e-transfer, include “missions” in the message field when e-transfering firstname.lastname@example.org.
This Christmas will be different than past Christmases but I pray that we all will still celebrate and experience God’s greatest gift, the gift of His presence through Immanuel, God with us.
