Hello Church family!
As you may be aware, our province has now entered Phase 4 of Renew PEI Together, and this new phase has allowed for larger gatherings to take place. You may be wondering how that will impact our worship service and ministries in the days going forward.
The church leadership met yesterday and has decided that for the time being, our Sunday Worship Services will continue to take place solely online. Although the number of people who are now able to meet has increased, restrictions for how we meet and what can and can’t be done during those gatherings has caused us to come to the conclusion that our worship is better served and will reach more people by remaining solely online.
Instead of gathering in person on Sunday mornings, we will soon be encouraging you to gather in person on Wednesday evenings at the church building. Our time together will focus on connecting with one another, Bible study and prayer. Once preparations for these Wednesday gatherings have been completed, you will receive more details.
At the end of July, the church leadership will re-examine the situation, and we will continue to adapt to these changing circumstances as we follow the guidelines of the Public Health Officer in striving to keep everyone as safe as possible.
In the midst of the evolving and uncertain situation, we continue to trust in the Lord, the Rock of our great salvation.
